Netapp 7-mode, replace disk.
Indetify the failed disk
controller-b > vol status -f
controller-b > aggr status -f
LED light of the failed disk
controller-b > priv set advanced
controller-b *> led_on 11d.44.1
controller-b *> led_off 11d.44.1
Blink light of the failed disk
controller-b > priv set advanced
controller-b *> blink_on 11d.44.1
controller-b *> blink_off 11d.44.1
Mark disk unfailed
You can also bring back the disk online forcefully, but the same disk may fail again after few hours.
controller-b > priv set diag
controller-b *> disk unfail -s 11d.44.1
Assign disk
controller-b > disk assign 11d.44.1
controller-b > vol status -s
controller-b > vol status -f
controller-b > disk zero spares
Remove owner
controller-b > disk remove_ownership 11d.44.1
